Help me please?

Ihit my ex, i was angry at him, we needed to talk about our relationship, but he wouldnt, he'd been cheating on me over and over, i was so angry i hit him, then he retaliated, punched me, dragged me across the floor with my hair, smahed my head into the wall. Im in pain, im destroyed, i need to let him go, i know he just wants .. how can i move on?
