Do I Have any rights over my wife(long detail)?

Long story short my wife is 20 yrs old. We have been married for 2 and a 1/2 years. Back in 2007 she lost 6 family members in 4 different incidences withen 6 months. Her father, 3 siblings then another brother to cancer when he was 22. My wife never dealt with any of this. Back in march a friend of hers killed herself. I think she snapped. On june 8th she just up and dissapeared, no one knew where she was at. After 4 days she called her mother and told her she was safe and did not want to be found. mean while im having the police ripping my house apart thinking im involved with her disaperance. Ive been doing some investigating on myspace and face book as well as her phone records and have found out she has been talking to her ex boyfriend from high school for a month befor she disapeared. Now her friend killed her self on march 30. We got into a fight about it beacuse I told her to be happy that her friend finally got what she wanted. I think she tried to reach out to me and i was to busy with work so she went to her ex and started talking to him. Now this guy is a felon and is in arkansas. I live in AZ. Ive found out through his family that she had a mental brake down from just up and leaving everything and is suicidal. I also suspect her ex is getting her involved with illigal narcotics. Now if she is not in her right mind and is suicidal do I have any right as her husband to get her out of the situation and get her the mental help she needs even though she told the police she left on her own free will?
