Removal of gall bladder reduces triglyceride levels?

I am a patient of Hyper tension due to increased triglyceride levels. and am taking medicines for blood pressure and tri glycerides. Recently my gall bladder was removed due to gall stones. Now will my tri glyceride levels will come down or I have to continue with medication
