DHL PROBLEM... with nordstrom.com

So I ordered 3 things at nordstrom.com, and 2 were delivered by DHL first while the 3rd was back-ordered. I tracked the first package down and according to the site, it was delivered to my front porch at 9:57AM.. but I have yet to see a package at my front porch. I checked all around my house, my neighbors, everywhere... no package to be seen. I was at home at that time too!! I called DHL and a "research specialist" or whatever called me back, giving me absolutely no help. I e-mail them, and they just say the delivery courier said it was delivered to my house. Is there anything I can do?? I am also really disliking nordstrom.com right now- firstly that they use DHL, which I read bad reviews about everywhere on the internet, and that they say my 3rd "backordered" item is "unavailable", yet it was SHIPPED yesterday and supposedly arriving tomorrow... through DHL. And I had already bought the same thing from another store (which thankfully is using FedEx...). I can only hope my DHL package appears tomorrow.
