Who is this guy Art, and how do I rid myself of him, is it high time for a Philistine homeland?

Never met this guy Art, but I am sure he must be a boor if he is causing problems. Good luck with the Philistine Homeland I will be sure to visit. By the way try a Super Wal-Mart if the present one is getting a bit cramped.
