Is the stimulus a good idea?

Ask yourself this, ume I am in debt up to my eye and indeed may be close to bankruptcy. My solution is to take out any line of credit that is left and borrow from my friends and family and spend it all. That should solve the problem, because I will have lots of stuff to sell when the banks come to get me.
