Can i move out at 18?

ok heres the story im 17 now but will turn 18 in a few months my home life is crap i live in with my dad and stepmom 3 almost 4 years ago when my mom gave me a choice because she was getting remarried and she knew i dont like her new husband so i moved in with my dad thinking it would be great its not my stepmom is a control freak who does not care bout me or treat me as a daughter (even though she and my dad has been married for 10 years) every one on my dads side of the fam notices this also she has made my dad make me not go outside at all unless im with them school or fam i cant have friends i cant go out with them or nothing so my best friend asked me to move in with her and her fam when i turn 18 i cant tell my dad so im just going to leave my mom supports me also legally im in her custody so my Q is can my dad do anything like get the police bring me back even tho i would be 18 and can my friends fam get in any trouble??
