I have some questions about creatine.?

The actual mucle m "no". The creatine is actually a tri bonded amino acid which aids in helping the body regenerate ATP for the muscles. ATP is pretty much energy the muscle can use that comes handy during those grueling workouts. When taking creatine the muscles tend to hold more water than usual hence, most people taking it look bigger. So your muscles draw in more water than usual and that can take water away from other areas of the body. So drink lots of water to replenish yourself.
