Have you guys found any glitches/problems in m effect 2?

I was playing the other day and I arrived at morbid's clinic for the plague affected victims. I went up the hall with the two doors and took the left one first...when I opened the medi-pack I ended up on top of the boxes and couldn't get down. Have you guys found glitches like that?
