Motion for default in divorce - and then the husband appears?

Well , only you know for sure what emails were sent. They can be printed out and produced. I would go back and review and sent emails you have. Sending emails does not constitute you knowing where he was , unless you discussed the subject. If there is a question about emails he has and you did not send then the IP address on them will show where they came from. If you don't have any contact from the court you can always call the clerk and they will update you on any upcoming hearings. As to the issue of the taxes then take your records to show no income and the court will handle the matter. He can appear in court to delay , but with good records from you it sways his argument so I wouldn't worry. If he does appear the judge will most likely give him more time , but not much. Then again this may be a big bluff..........He has to answer to the court , not you. As far as his stuff , he will have to produce a list to the court and you will have to ok anything before he gets it.....Overall I would say to just relax...If I were you I would not answer any emails, just file them. If you choose to answer them then be careful what you reveal.....Good luck....You have probably already done this , but change the locks.....
