Is there really two americas? One that supports war and hate? and One that supports peace?

Someone wise once said: those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it. It seems as though we have forgetten things like the issinations of the 60's, the democratic national convention or ohio state university killings when the powers that be went berserk on the people who voiced dissent with the way things were going. Where are the protestors today? Where are the young people who are willing to voice thier dismay? Who will speak up and say "this is wrong" Is the two americas from the civil war not merged into one state of a united people? This is not dems vs repubs, this is decent people vs evil people while a whole new cl of sheep who arent saying anything bog the process of change down like knee deep mud, this is your country, do nothing, say nothing and it wont be the land of the free for very long.
