How were you born with perfect pitch if you had no musical knowledge until you learned about it?

like Mozart and Beethoven and a lot of different musicians from any time period with perfect pitch, how were they "born" with knowing every pitch (in tune) to standard pitch of their own time period? today, last time i checked, most of us tune to 440Hz. people with perfect pitch now days have perfect pitch to the standard pitch 440Hz. they can tell you if you are sharp of flat compared to this tuning. Mozart and Beethoven would say that things tuned to 440 is "out of tune" because their time period tuned to a different standard. i think people that say they were born with perfect pitch only say that because they have had it ever sense they can remember and they don't know how they acquired the ability. that is why they can never explain the ability. "they were just born with it"...... i think the only ability they were born with was the ability to memorize different sounds tuned to any specific hertz at a very young age by themselves without having to have the knowledge of what is going on mentally. that would explain why anyone with the ability would say they were "born with perfect pitch". that would explain why they believe that concept. they wouldn't lie to you. they just don't know. they cant explain what is going on, they just had it ever sense they can remember. that would also explain the mystery of how people with perfect pitch could be "born" with the knowledge of what hertz they are going to have to tune to when they learn about music in the future. what do you think? anyone with perfect pitch, please explain how you have it and explain how "i" developed it at a much later age then people that were "born with it". i wasn't born with perfect pitch, but i developed it and i got a 100% on my perfect pitch test. i didn't use relative pitch because i didn't listen for the relationships between each note that i was tested on, and how could i have gotten the first one correct too.? i just knew the pitches by themselves. thanks.
