I drive a 99 Chevy Metro LSI 4 cyl automatic. I can't figure out why I have lost my heat/air/defrost. Ideas??

I can feel some heat when the level of heat/cool/defrost is all the way on max, but it doesn't blow outward. I still have rear window defrost. I have checked all fuses under the hood, and blow the dash, and none are blown.
