FWB Catching Feelings?

Been FWB with this guy for a few months now. A couple of months ago I confessed to him that I had feelings for him but he said that he did not feel the same so I let them go. Lately he has been acting differently. He comes and spends the night everynight after he gets off of work and sometimes we just cuddle and go to sleep. He told me last night that "he doesn't understand why he looks forward to talking to me every night but that he does." He was like, I know you are tired sometimes and I'm being selfish I just always look forward to talking to you." Recently when I get up for work he tells me that he doesn't want me to leave and this morning he just kissed me and asked me to cuddle with him for a few more minutes. He told my friend last week that he cares so much about me and that he would do anything for me. He thought my sisters didn't like him at first and I told him because they believe he is sleeping with other women and he was like "are you serious? Why would you let them believe that. I hang with you all the time." Now he said that he has to change some things about himself so that they don't dislike him. Why would he care about that if he didn't have feelings?
