What is this movie called?

all i can remember is 1 scene but its in the beginning and this fat chick goes into a shrinks office i think and sees a miget and asks him for help to find love i think and he ends up giving her lip suction and then it shows them like sucking the fat outt of her and she has a darth vader mask on...anyone......help please, i will give you 10 points for helping!!
