Is there any danger of Carbon Monoxide poisoning when burning paper?

Carbon monoxide only forms when there is a limited amount of air, you know CO2 (2 oygens form carbon dioxide ) however when there is not enough air carbon monoxide can form, CO, mainly in house heating systems and cars, I doubt burning paper will.
