I just had gall bladder surgery and one of my incisions seems to be infected?

I dont have insurance so if I can stay out of the Dr office I would but I'm in some pain and have drainage. I wonder if will heal on its own or will they have to give me a shot of antibiotics. If so what kind would it be and where would they give it?
