I have a 1984 Dodge D150 shortbed pickup with a 318/4 spd. stick. Will a 4 spd auto unit bolt in?

I have a 1984 Dodge D150 shortbed pickup with a 318/2 bbl. and the stock factory 4 speed trans (A833????) and a 3.23 rear end ...will one of the newer 4 speed automatic overdrive transmissions bolt in easily (or at all)? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tom
