Help Crush!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I love this gurjrati boy and im punjabi girl religion language, rituals custom difference. he does not know that i like him because i dont talk to him in school.and thats why I dont like him because he is in 12 and im in 11 suppose to be in 12.. i ingore him , he tries to wave at me but i pretend not to see him. in my heart i hate him but when he comes in front of me i like him.Should I become friends with him first then he'll ask me out. I think that when ever i see him i ingore him he thinks i am shy. i have seen him at many places he tries to say hi to me but i ingore him, and now he ingores me to. we just simply ingore eachother. i dont wave or look at him. I think he knows that i dont like him:( I want him to be my friend. Also I saw him in school couple days ago. I dont know if he was talking to his friends & laughing because he was looking at me too. He looked at me like for a minute then continued to talk to his friends. Maybe he tought that I would respond to him by saying Hi or something, but I didnt. He smiled at me too.. Maybe he'll forget me next yr because he is going college. I'm in 11th grade.His parents invited us for a party. this weekend. How can I find out if he likes me? I don't think so he like me.. He's going college I'll be in 12th. He lives in my neighborhood. Will he forget me next yr. Should I ask for his cell phone to make my friend at the party. Or that will look wrong in front of his parents. Will he ask me out?? His parents invite us yesterday. He did not even say hi to me. but i know that he was looking at me. I only have 1 chance left that is the party at the hall this weekend. DOES HE LIKE ME???? we used to be friends in 3rd grade.
