Broken automatic transmission pan gasket problem.?

I drive an automatic 1995 Isuzu Rodeo. It has a V6 engine. I noticed that it was leaking transmission fluid and i took it to the shop and the said it was the pan gasket and replaced it. this was about two months ago and I just noticed it is leaking transmission fluid again. I can see that it is definitely the pan gasket that is leaking. why is this problem persisting? is there something that is causing the pan gasket to break? could have the mechanics installed the new one wrong?.
